Our Practice Philosophy

Therapy starts with space to speak freely. Owned by Victor Washington, Trinh Reyes, and Tristan Cook, Everwell brings different perspectives and clinical strengths to a shared approach. We consider your life, identity, and relationships as we decide together what support will help.

Meet the Clinicians

The right therapist is someone you can talk with honestly. Get to know Victor, Trinh, and Tristan, and see whose approach feels like a fit.

Trinh Reyes, LCSW

Relational support rooted in cultural awareness, emotional growth, and genuine healing.

Trinh works with trauma, burnout, and life transitions, especially where culture and family expectations shape the story. She draws on EMDR, CBT, and narrative therapy to help clients find clarity and self-compassion.

Tristan Cook, LPCC

Sincere therapy focused on building trust, fostering resilience, and finding purpose.

Tristan offers a warm, collaborative space for people navigating depression, trauma, or questions about identity. He brings curiosity and honesty to each conversation and draws on EMDR and ACT to help clients understand old patterns and make room for change at their own pace.

Victor Washington, LCSW

Attentive, grounded therapy dedicated to personal transformation and emotional development.

Victor brings a calm, direct, and compassionate presence to therapy. His experience in hospitals and the justice system informs his work with adults and adolescents facing trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns. Drawing on ACT and IFS, he helps clients explore what matters to them and move forward without judgment.
